The IP Office 500 V2/V2A control unit has 4 slots for the insertion of base cards. The slots are numbered 1 to 4 from left to right. They can be used in any order. However, if the capacity for a particular type of card is exceeded, the card in the rightmost slot is disabled. The unit must not be used with uncovered slots.
